Jeff Collins is a Northeast Ohio native, and a veteran military police officer for the United States Marines. Collins founded Moving Ahead Services in 2005, completing roughly 50 moves in the first year of business. Today, Moving Ahead Services has grown to have multiple offices, and completing tens of thousands of residential and business moves each year. Despite the unrivaled industry growth, the core principals of operation remain centered around integrity, customer service, employee development and community involvement.

Collins built Moving Ahead Services from the ground up, focusing on the highest standards for customer service and support and nurturing strong employee relationships. Forming key ties with industry organizations as well as local and national charitable organizations has allowed Moving Ahead Services to maintain a growing presence in the community and in our industry as a whole.




Adam Gurwell joined the Moving Ahead Services team in the field in 2013.  Excelling in productivity and customer service, he quickly grew to take on additional responsibilities.  Since then, Adam has nurtured relationships with our teams and our customers, leading him to take on the Long Distance Management role for Moving Ahead Services.

Adam currently works with each of our offices in Ohio to maximize efficiency and results, while searching for new opportunities to provide the best services to our current and future customers. His thorough understanding of practical applications coupled with innovative thinking provide for unparalleled strategic support for our initiatives as well as regulatory demands and our partnership with Stevens Worldwide.



Devin DiSantis is a Cleveland native, getting his start at Moving Ahead Services in 2008. Beginning in the field as a moving laborer, Devin was quickly promoted to a crew leader position in 2009. He has successfully completed 1,500+ moves while working at Moving Ahead Services, which provided the exact experience and insight needed for his current Regional Manager position in the Cleveland office.

Devin has consistently proven himself as a role-model employee by exercising an “anything is possible” attitude to excel within the company. His customer service skills have developed exceedingly well as he continues to learn and grow within his Regional Manager position.



Matt Schrader joined Moving Ahead Services in the field in 2013 and has since grown to play an intricate role in our daily operations in Columbus.  With the unique insight and experience that comes from working for years in the the field, Matt has brought incredible value into his management role.  Matt has an excellent work ethic and is well versed in onboarding and training employees, as well as maintaining the warehouse and storage facilities in Columbus.
Matt also assists our crews in the field in his supervisory role, ensuring our residential and business customers have an excellent moving experience. 



Taylor recently transitioned into the role of Customer Service Manager in our Cleveland office, after starting his career with Moving Ahead Services in the field in 2014.  Taylor displays an excellent work ethic and a strong drive to grow and develop strategic services both in the office and for our customers in the field. 
As a Customer Service specialist, Taylor assists in all phases of our customer moves - From the initial contact to quoting, walkthroughs, scheduling and beyond.  Working closely with our dispatch and regional managers, Taylor completes a variety of service and support related tasks.



Heather Argenti is the Marketing Manager at Moving Ahead Services, facilitating day to day marketing initiatives as well as digital and paid marketing objectives.  Heather aids our team in reaching current and potential customers across the web and in our communities. With a Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and a background in sales and marketing - Her efforts have assisted Moving Ahead Services in providing our current and future customers with a great online experience.
Working closely with our team, Heather also helps facilitate community and networking relationships, and continues to monitor and implement new technology and marketing strategies. 



Paul Ruksenas joined Moving Ahead Services as the strategic Business Development Manager in 2015.  Paul focuses on creating and maintaining a multitude of customer relationships across Ohio. With a diverse background in sales and the real estate and relocation industry, Paul brings extensive experience to our team, as well as a great commitment to our clients.
Working closely with our Regional Managers and Marketing Manager, Paul also coordinates and executes community events and sponsorships, and has pioneered new programs to develop and grow our business relationships. With excellent communication and organizational skills, Paul continues to provide our current and future customers innovative solutions for both residential and business relocation. 



Lindsay brings a background in logistics and administrative experience to our long distance team, joining Moving Ahead Services in 2016. Lindsay’s attention to detail and strong focus on strategic planning is an excellent addition to the Moving Ahead Services interstate relocation division.  Her logistics background allows her to effectively coordinate customer moving itineraries as well as travel and arrangements for our moving experts.
Lindsay’s role is largely focused on organization and detail elements, with the number one goal being positive customer experience.  In addition, Lindsay effectively facilitates in-house initiatives as well as regulatory demands and administrative requirements.



Anthony DiSantis joined the Moving Ahead Services team to provide support and service for customers in the field, and quickly displayed an impressive attitude and work ethic.  After moving into the office position, Anthony now works with our administrative staff and our expert movers to ensure our warehouse is organized and operating at optimal capacity. His committed approach provides us with the organization and attention to detail that allows us to keep costs efficient, and to ensure all orders and organizational needs are met.
