Jeff Collins - President

JEFF COLLINS

PRESIDENT

Jeff Collins is a Northeast Ohio native, and a veteran military police officer for the United States Marines. Collins founded Moving Ahead Services in 2005, completing roughly 50 moves in the first year of business. Today, Moving Ahead Services has grown to have multiple offices, and completing tens of thousands of residential and business moves each year. Despite the unrivaled industry growth, the core principles of operation remain centered around integrity, customer service, employee development, and community involvement.

Collins built Moving Ahead Services from the ground up, focusing on the highest standards for customer service and support and nurturing strong employee relationships. Forming key ties with industry organizations as well as local and national charitable organizations has allowed Moving Ahead Services to maintain a growing presence in the community and in our industry as a whole.

Adam Gurwell

ADAM GURWELL

VICE PRESIDENT

Adam Gurwell joined the Moving Ahead Services team in the field in 2013. Excelling in productivity and customer service, he quickly grew to take on additional responsibilities. Since then, Adam has nurtured relationships with our teams and our customers, leading him to take on the Long Distance Management role for Moving Ahead Services.

Adam currently works with each of our offices in Ohio to maximize efficiency and results, while searching for new opportunities to provide the best services to our current and future customers. His thorough understanding of practical applications coupled with innovative thinking provides for unparalleled strategic support for our initiatives as well as regulatory demands.

Taylor Hope

TAYLOR HOPE

HEAD DISPATCH MANAGER

Taylor joined the team in 2014 and worked his way up to his management role. Taylor oversees the day-to-day operations in Cleveland along with handling dispatch matters throughout all of our locations. His job entails scheduling, paperwork, surveys, handling claims, working/supervising in the field, and recruiting new employees.

FLEET SAFETY COORDINATOR

Mike works with our vendors to ensure create lasting partnerships and ensure the best possible pricing and logistics for our warehouses and fleet.

GENERAL MANAGER – FLORIDA

Mike oversees the day-to-day operations in  our Florida locations. Mike joined the team in February of 2019. He is responsible for scheduling, submitting paperwork, surveys, claims, and upkeep of everything local in Florida.
Ashley Stone

ASHLEY STONE

ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION

Ashley joined the team in May 2021. She helps Amanda manage our accounting, administrative, and HR departments, including payroll, onboarding, and monthly closings.
Deneen Reynard

Deneen joined the team in September of 2019. Deneen is a part of the administrative team helping our Regional Manager and Accountant with day-to-day tasks.
