Dine to Donate 2016

UWLC Dine to Donate is April 21, 2016

Dine to Donate is part of the United Way of Lake County’s Feed Lake County Program. This is a great way to show your support and help to provide for those in need in our community. Simply go out for a meal (or 3)! As a sponsor, we will be out around town all day long visiting participating restaurants and enjoying delicious meals – All for a great cause!

It’s pretty simple – Go out to eat at a participating restaurant on April 21st and a portion of your meal will be donated by that restaurant! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. It doesn’t cost you a dime extra, just simply dine out and the generous restaurants in our area are donating the proceeds. Mark your calendar today and plan to join us for this great community wide event!

Helping Those in Need in Our Area

Across the US and right here in our backyard, thousands struggle to make ends meet and put food on the table.  With 1 in every 6 Lake County residents being food insecure – The numbers speak for themselves. Working with the United Way of Lake County is a great way to help provide over 50 area food pantries the means to help those in need.  Help children and adults in our communities by cleaning out your cupboards before you move, host a food drive, grab extras at the grocery store – Every little bit helps.
